A review of the Pact Coffee mail order service. I have used, and loved Pact coffee for over a year and am happy to recommend it.
What is premium coffee?
This is premium quality coffee. ‘Premium’ has a specific meaning in terms of coffee growing and roasting. The best 5% of beans are used for premium coffees. Sure, the cost is higher, and at £6.95 it is not cheap compared to your typical bag of supermarket coffee. But this tastes much better.
I don’t drink coffee at home during the week, as I’m not a morning person. Drinking “proper coffee” first thing gives me the jitters. I prefer to take my time over it at the weekend, grinding the beans freshly and enjoying the process. That’s why the Pact coffee service works for me. You can get it ready-ground, for espresso, cafetiere or pour-over brewing methods; or you can get the unground beans.
How often is the coffee delivered?
You can tailor the delivery to a frequency to suit you. As I drink a couple of cups at the weekend, I only need a delivery once a month. But you can get it weekly. You can easily reschedule deliveries – delaying them or bringing the delivery forward to a specific day, using the user-friendly Pact website.
